A province that lives on crossings
Messina faces the Strait: ferries to Calabria, the port of Milazzo with departures for the Aeolian Islands, the refinery on the Tyrrhenian coast. Alongside transport there is tourism in Taormina and on the islands, the University of Messina, the Interdonato lemon PGI, Malvasia delle Lipari and livestock farming in the Nebrodi.
Where everything goes through a boarding, data has to be precise: bookings and loads to align with sailing times, freight to consolidate for the islands, rooms and transfers to coordinate. Software built on these rules ends the constant phone calls between quay, office and customer.
