Software house in Sassari
From Calangianus cork to Alghero hotels, from Olbia’s boating trade to the professional firms of the city: we develop the software northern Sardinian companies are missing, starting from how they work today.
We’ve already made more than 70 companies better
The north of the island, between ports and cork
The province of Sassari pairs a city of services and university with coasts that live on tourism, from the Costa Smeralda to Alghero, from Stintino to the Maddalena archipelago. Gallura is home to the cork district and granite quarries and to Vermentino wines; the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres and the airports of Olbia and Alghero connect the area.
In such a varied economy, software serves to remove friction: orders for cork stoppers and panels with different specifications for each customer, boatyards coordinating jobs and spare parts, hospitality businesses managing staff and services, distributors following stock and deliveries.
Much of the coastal economy is concentrated in a few months, while industry and services work all year. A good system has to handle the summer peak without becoming a burden in winter, and let seasonal staff get going quickly, with screens they can learn in a morning.
Some of our projects
Custom software services
From idea to release, built around the way your company works.
Process analysis
We observe how a cork order, a boatyard job or a group booking moves and tell you which steps slow it down, with a concrete proposal for each.
Custom software
Production systems for cork and granite processors, systems for boatyards and marine services, platforms for hotel groups and holiday villages, connected to the tools you already use.
UX/UI Design
Interfaces a seasonal worker understands on day one, for the front desk, the quay or the shop floor, designed and tested together with the people who will use them.
MVP
A new idea, such as a portal for owners who leave their boat in winter storage, takes shape in a few weeks: we build the essentials and have real customers try them.
Digital that delivers concrete results in Sassari
Webion works on shared metrics to turn investments into tangible returns.
Measurable goals
Before writing code we set the indicators with you: hours saved, errors avoided, response times.
Pragmatic innovation
We pick the technology that solves the problem, not the fashionable one, and bring it to production step by step.
Frictionless delivery
Short, frequent releases, tried by the people who will use them, so the software enters the company without stopping work.
Hypotheses, measures, learning
Every release comes with metrics and retrospectives to fine-tune the roadmap.
Analysis
We map processes with the people who live them every day and measure where time is lost.
Design
We draw flows and screens and test them with users before writing code.
Development
We release in short cycles: every cycle ends with a working version to try.
Evolution
After release we maintain the software and grow it with the company.
One project, two cities, no delays
We organise the work from Modena with regular video calls and releases in short cycles. We come to the province of Sassari for the analysis, to have users try the software and to support go-live. The software remains our job afterwards too: we solve problems, update it and get it ready for the next season.
Clients who improved their KPIs
Our collaboration brings measurable benefits in efficiency, revenue and user satisfaction.
Lower churn thanks to personalised experiences and targeted notifications.
More digital conversions through UX optimisation and multivariate testing.
More productive teams through automation and operational dashboards.
How we stay secure and traceable
A process that starts from metrics and ends with continuous improvement.
Controlled access
Every user sees and changes only what they are responsible for, and every action is logged.
Reviewed code
Code reviews, automated tests and up-to-date dependencies at every release.
Protected data
Backups, encryption and GDPR-compliant data handling, with clear rules on where data lives.
