Software house / The area

Between two seas and many workshops

Taranto faces the Mar Grande and the Mar Piccolo, where mussels are farmed. The city hosts the steel industry, a commercial port and the Italian Navy arsenal. Across the province there are Primitivo di Manduria wine, Gulf of Taranto clementines, the ceramics of Grottaglie and the clothing district of Martina Franca.

Around industry and the port works a network of maintenance, metalwork and plant engineering companies. For them software tracks crews, hours, materials, work permits and staff certifications, and closes each job knowing what it really cost.

Many of these companies grew by working for a few large customers and are now looking for clients in other sectors. Orderly digital processes, quick quotes and documentation that is always ready help them approach a new customer with the same reliability as ever.

Software house / Services

Custom software services

From idea to release, built around the way your company works.

  • Process analysis

We rebuild the cycle of a maintenance job, from service request to final cost, or of a batch of mussels from the farm to the counter, and show you where hours and documents get lost.

  • Custom software

Job and crew management for maintenance companies, traceability tools for mussels and citrus, systems for Primitivo wineries, sales portals for ceramicists, connected to your programs.

  • UX/UI Design

Screens designed for a foreman on a plant, an operator on the quay or a worker in the winery, easy to use from a phone too, tested with them before development.

  • MVP

If you want to open a new channel, such as online sales of Grottaglie ceramics or an app for your field technicians, we build a lean first version to put to the test.

Software house / Results

Digital that delivers concrete results in Taranto

Webion works on shared metrics to turn investments into tangible returns.

  • Measurable goals

Before writing code we set the indicators with you: hours saved, errors avoided, response times.

  • Pragmatic innovation

We pick the technology that solves the problem, not the fashionable one, and bring it to production step by step.

  • Frictionless delivery

Short, frequent releases, tried by the people who will use them, so the software enters the company without stopping work.

Software house / Method

Hypotheses, measures, learning

Every release comes with metrics and retrospectives to fine-tune the roadmap.

  1. Analysis

We map processes with the people who live them every day and measure where time is lost.

  2. Design

We draw flows and screens and test them with users before writing code.

  3. Development

We release in short cycles: every cycle ends with a working version to try.

  4. Evolution

After release we maintain the software and grow it with the company.

Software house / How we work

Remote work, on site where it happens

From Modena we develop and keep you updated remotely, with frequent releases to try at your company. We come to Taranto for process analysis, tests with your crews and go-live. After go-live the software stays our responsibility: we maintain it, update it and extend it as jobs and customers change.

Software house / KPIs

Clients who improved their KPIs

How we stay secure and traceable

A process that starts from metrics and ends with continuous improvement.

  • Controlled access

Every user sees and changes only what they are responsible for, and every action is logged.

  • Reviewed code

Code reviews, automated tests and up-to-date dependencies at every release.

  • Protected data

Backups, encryption and GDPR-compliant data handling, with clear rules on where data lives.
