Software house in Terni

We develop software for Terni companies that grew around steel and chemicals, and for those living on wine and tourism between Orvieto and the Valnerina: workshops, maintenance firms, wineries and hospitality businesses.

Software house / The area

Steel, water and hills

Terni is an industrial city: the stainless steel works, chemicals between Terni and Narni, hydroelectric plants fed by the waters of the Nera and Velino rivers, which also form the Marmore Falls. The rest of the province is hills and tourism, with Orvieto and its wine, Narni, Amelia and Lake Piediluco.

Around the large plants works a network of machine shops, steel fabricators and maintenance firms. They live on jobs, drawings, material certificates and delivery deadlines; custom software links this data and shows, for every job, hours spent, materials used and margin.

Terni companies are mostly small and medium-sized and often depend on a few large clients. Tools that speed up quotes, final accounts and technical documentation help win new customers, including towards Rome and central Italy, without weighing down the office.

Software house / Services

Custom software services

From idea to release, built around the way your company works.

  • Process analysis

We follow a fabrication or maintenance job from quote to invoice and show you where untracked hours, missing documents and repeated steps pile up.

  • Custom software

Job management for machine shops and fabricators, tools to track material certificates and inspections, software for Orvieto wineries, bookings for hospitality between Marmore and Piediluco.

  • UX/UI Design

Screens for the workbench, welding or final inspection, readable with busy hands and quick to update, designed with the people who will use them before being built.

  • MVP

If you want to offer a new service, such as a portal where clients follow progress or online wine sales, we first build an essential version and test it.

Software house / Results

Digital that delivers concrete results in Terni

Webion works on shared metrics to turn investments into tangible returns.

  • Measurable goals

Before writing code we set the indicators with you: hours saved, errors avoided, response times.

  • Pragmatic innovation

We pick the technology that solves the problem, not the fashionable one, and bring it to production step by step.

  • Frictionless delivery

Short, frequent releases, tried by the people who will use them, so the software enters the company without stopping work.

Software house / Method

Hypotheses, measures, learning

Every release comes with metrics and retrospectives to fine-tune the roadmap.

  1. Analysis

We map processes with the people who live them every day and measure where time is lost.

  2. Design

We draw flows and screens and test them with users before writing code.

  3. Development

We release in short cycles: every cycle ends with a working version to try.

  4. Evolution

After release we maintain the software and grow it with the company.

Software house / How we work

Modena to Terni, on site when needed

Development moves forward from Modena with remote meetings and frequent releases. Terni can be reached in a day: we come to the workshop or the winery for analysis, user tests and go-live day. After release we remain responsible for the software, with maintenance, updates and new features agreed together.
