Software house in Trapani
We develop software for Trapani companies that turn the land’s resources into products: wineries, olive mills, salt works, fishing fleet owners, marble sawmills and tourism operators between the coast and the islands.
We’ve already made more than 70 companies better
Vines, salt and marble on the Mediterranean
The Trapani area is a land of vineyards, with Marsala and many private and cooperative wineries, and of olives, with Nocellara del Belice PDO. On the coast lie the salt pans behind Trapani sea salt PGI and the fishing fleet of Mazara del Vallo; around Custonaci marble is quarried and worked. Erice, Segesta, Selinunte and the Egadi Islands bring tourism.
A cooperative winery receives grapes from many members, makes wine, bottles it and sells it in Italy and abroad; a sawmill tracks blocks, slabs and custom orders. In both cases custom software links quantities, processing and documents, and frees administration from double entries.
Many Trapani companies sell far away: wine and oil abroad, marble to building sites and dealers, fish to mainland markets. Having orders, stock and shipments in an orderly system is what lets you respond quickly to customers thousands of kilometres away.
Some of our projects
Custom software services
From idea to release, built around the way your company works.
Process analysis
We follow a load of grapes from the weighbridge to bottling, or a marble block from quarry to sold slab, and show you the steps that slow things down or create errors.
Custom software
Management tools for wineries with member deliveries and winemaking, software for marble sawmills and workshops, tools for fishing fleet owners and fish traders, systems for hospitality on the islands.
UX/UI Design
Screens designed for the weighbridge at harvest, the sawmill yard or the quay, clear even under pressure, tested with the people working there before development.
MVP
For a new idea, such as a wine sales portal for importers or a site to book trips to the Egadi Islands, we build an essential first version and check it with real customers.
Digital that delivers concrete results in Trapani
Webion works on shared metrics to turn investments into tangible returns.
Measurable goals
Before writing code we set the indicators with you: hours saved, errors avoided, response times.
Pragmatic innovation
We pick the technology that solves the problem, not the fashionable one, and bring it to production step by step.
Frictionless delivery
Short, frequent releases, tried by the people who will use them, so the software enters the company without stopping work.
Hypotheses, measures, learning
Every release comes with metrics and retrospectives to fine-tune the roadmap.
Analysis
We map processes with the people who live them every day and measure where time is lost.
Design
We draw flows and screens and test them with users before writing code.
Development
We release in short cycles: every cycle ends with a working version to try.
Evolution
After release we maintain the software and grow it with the company.
From Modena to the western tip of Sicily
We work remotely for most of the project, with meetings at a fixed pace and versions to try at every cycle. We come to Trapani to see the process up close, for user tests and for launch, perhaps during the harvest. Once running, the software stays in our hands: maintenance, updates and new features as the company grows.
Clients who improved their KPIs
Our collaboration brings measurable benefits in efficiency, revenue and user satisfaction.
Lower churn thanks to personalised experiences and targeted notifications.
More digital conversions through UX optimisation and multivariate testing.
More productive teams through automation and operational dashboards.
How we stay secure and traceable
A process that starts from metrics and ends with continuous improvement.
Controlled access
Every user sees and changes only what they are responsible for, and every action is logged.
Reviewed code
Code reviews, automated tests and up-to-date dependencies at every release.
Protected data
Backups, encryption and GDPR-compliant data handling, with clear rules on where data lives.
